Just a Reminder
Monday (in TWO WEEKS), July 13, I’m having a sale of dresses, hats, and swimsuit coverups! (I bought some gingham fabric that didn’t turn out to be cotton, and more of a polyestery kind of fabric that is actually quite perfect for a swimsuit cover, so… I’m adding swimsuit covers!)
What is this sale for? It’s to help a young girl named Brittany get out of an extremely toxic situation! You can read her story here. And you should read her story. Only by giving her story a voice can we bring light to a dark situation.
There might be an item here or there, special things, that are $15-20; however, for the most part all items will be $10. If you are ordering from somewhere outside the Des Moines area, I need to charge $2.50 for shipping. If you are outside the US, I cannot ship to you, the cost is too high and I would feel terrible asking you for double the price just to ship (USPS costs $10.95 for Canada/Mexico and $12.95 for everywhere else). If you are willing to pay this shipping cost, send me a private email to discuss it.
Dresses/Swim Covers will be sized from 2T-5T. Hats will be sized for infants and toddlers. Hats will be either gender neutral or gender specific and I will have boy hats available.
Pictures of all the dresses and hats will post on my blog on 7/12 and will be numbered. When the sale opens at 12:01 on 7/13, you will order in the comments by the number of the item you would like. This is a first come/first serve sale. Please leave an email address in the comment so that I can email you and direct you how to pay for the item through Pay Pal.
All profits are going to be donated directly Brittany to help her move or to cover any expenses she may have.
