Unfiltered Insanity

This day has been hectic. I got to go to the doctor with my mom and tattle on her (because I’m awesome like that). Then I got to watch the doctor yell at her for it! It was awesome.

Actual conversation today in the car regarding something I ate (OK, it was PIE, I had pie and it was YUMMY! Now, shut up so I can tell you the conversation):

S: Mommy, where’s your pie?
Me: I ate the pie.
Mr. B: Where’s MY pie? Don’t I get any pie?
Me: I’m sorry, I forgot to order you a piece. It was lemon pie anyway.
Mr. B: Still, they have other pies there. Pie is ‘tastacles.’
Me: What? How are you comparing pie to testicles?
Mr. B: No, ‘Testicles’ is the god of testosterone. ‘Tastecles’ is the god of yummy food.
Me: uh-huh.

The End of the conversation (and perhaps every conversation from here on out if he’s going to be making up ‘gods’ of things with weird words).

My Etsy shop is up and running. I’ve got cute baby things for sale there. The hats from the sale on my blog are much less now than they were, plus I have a bag up for sale and there will be Ribbon Tag Blankets and burp cloths up there soon. Not to mention a flannel blanket I sewed this weekend. Please come by and check out the cuteness.

Do not try Amp Energy with Black Tea. It. Is. N.A.S.T.Y. Just trust me. I like their other stuff. Orange, Grape, etc… Not the black tea… *gag*

Mr. B is just starting to get into comic books. I think he’s always enjoyed them, but he’s picked a character now that he wants to read, nearly exclusively. Iron Man. God. Help. Me. He’s spoken about bobble head dolls. I’m afraid. I’m very afraid.
*Disclaimer: I think Iron Man is cool and I don’t have a problem with his wanting to read comics. Really. (Yes, the disclaimer was more for myself or if Mr. B chooses to read this post.)
